How We Build
DISTINCTIVE HOMES
01: PLAN
We want to get to know you. Your goals, your lifestyle, your design preferences, your schedule, your budget, everything. When we are a good fit, you will have a good expectation from us. When we find what is paramount to you, we move forward with a comprehensive approach to building your home. The plan consists of an initial meeting, measurements, and a rough cost estimate range. If you choose to continue, a proposal and contract will be prepared, followed by a placeholder deposit to secure the project date.
02: DESIGN
Our job here is to act as your professional construction consultant, designer, and builder. Collaborating with you, the architect, and the agents to help hone in on the project scope, schedule, and of course budget. Working hard to stich the perfect design for your project. The process is all about the details, utilizing 3D rendering tools, leaving you with an in-depth understanding of exactly what you should expect through the process, from pre-construction to project completion.
03: BUILD
Be as involved as you’d like during the build! We will work with you to provide realistic expectations throughout the project and invite you to be a part of meetings, and job site visits. With our pre-planned weekly schedule you can rest assured we will do our very best to stay on time and on budget, providing sufficient opportunity for change orders to your design. Our team’s focus is on craftsmanship, detail, functional beauty, and customer satisfaction.
04: POST-BUILD
We are here to sustain the beauty and longevity of every home. Our team and service is here to help keep your home just as pleasing as the day we remodelled it. Linton Homes is built on trust and reliable service, we want our customers to think of us for all future planned and potential maintenance needs. Keeping up with maintenance is crucial to retaining the aesthetic, functionality, and value for generations. Our projects come with a 1 year warranty on all workmanship.
